Welcome to Snuggle, a dating application operated by Vewmet Digital Life Private Limited. By using Snuggle’s Android and iOS applications, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully to understand your responsibilities and rights.

Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use Snuggle. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Responsibilities

When creating an account, users agree to provide accurate and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for all activity under their account. Any fraudulent activity will lead to account termination and may involve legal action.

3. User Conduct

Snuggle promotes respectful and safe interactions among users. By using Snuggle, you agree:

4. Offline Meetings and Safety

Snuggle offers video-based and in-person meeting options through its Blink and Focus features. For real-life meetings:

• Exercise Caution: Users are responsible for their own safety when choosing to meet in person. We encourage meeting in public places for initial encounters.
• Independent Verification: Verify personal details independently before meeting. Snuggle is not responsible for information provided by other users.
• Third-Party Risks: Snuggle does not conduct background checks on users. You are responsible for assessing the trustworthiness of any person you meet.
• Safety Reporting: Report any safety concerns to us via support@vewmet.com or on social media.

5. User Responsibility for Fraud Prevention

Snuggle is dedicated to maintaining a secure platform. However, users should take the following precautions:

• Avoid Sharing Sensitive Information: Do not share financial or personal information with others on the platform.
• Be Aware of Scams: Beware of requests for money or other sensitive information. Snuggle will never ask for financial information outside the app.

Snuggle is not responsible for fraudulent activities between users, especially if a user willingly participates in deceitful actions.

6. Content Ownership and Use

Snuggle users retain ownership of the content they share. By posting content on Snuggle, you grant Vewmet a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote this content on our platform.

7. Termination of Account

Vewmet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use or engage in behavior deemed harmful to the Snuggle community. Terminated accounts may lose access to all data and features.

8. Limitation of Liability

Snuggle provides a platform for connecting users but does not guarantee successful matches or specific interactions. Vewmet is not liable for damages resulting from user interactions, including offline meetings. Users acknowledge the inherent risks in meeting people through an online platform.

9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
